SouthCon Building Group, LLC has hired two Project Superintendents and one Senior Project Superintendent.
Rick Fischetti, Senior Project Superintendent, brings over 35 years of Commercial Construction experience in SC and GA, including multiple projects for Augusta National Golf Club. His experience is diverse and his approach is ‘hands on’. He holds OSHA 30, Red Cross 1st Aid/CPR/AED and Bloodborne Pathogens, and HAZCOM Safety Certifications. He is a SWPPP certified Inspector and holds ACI Concrete testing certification.
Dan Neidhardt, Project Superintendent, brings over 35 years of Commercial Construction experience. He also served in the Security sector for the US Coast Guard Reserve and the Maryland Air National Guard. Dan studied at Hartford Community College and Towson University and hold certificates in OSHA 10, OSHA 30, Hazwoper40, Confined Spaces, Fall Protection, Hand Tools, First Aid/CPR, Water Intrusion Management and Mold Remediation, and is CQM Certified by the US Army Corps of Engineers.
Alex Zuvic, Project Superintendent, brings over 5 years of Commercial Construction experience. He has managed multi-million-dollar commercial construction projects as an assistant superintendent and general foreman. Alex excels in fast-paced, high-demand environments. He is certified in OSHA 30 and Red Cross 1st Aid/CPR/AED and Bloodborne Pathogens.
