Harry Gleich joined Metromont in 1986 as Chief Engineer and has become an industry-renowned expert in the field of precast concrete engineering. Harry has been honored as a “Titan of the Industry” by the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI), providing exceptional contributions to our industry, demonstrating outstanding leadership and service in innovation, and in advancing the growth of the precast industry.
Suzanne Aultman, P.E., FPCI has been promoted to Vice President of Engineering
Suzanne has been with Metromont for 19 years quickly making her mark as a trusted source for all things engineering and as a mentor for young engineers. Suzanne is a PCI Fellow and was the inaugural award winner of the Irwin J. Speyer Young Professional Engineer Award presented by PCI. This award was established to recognize young engineers who not only excelled technically but also excelled in serving their communities and their fellow engineers. Suzanne is heavily involved in ACI standards development and was most recently recognized as 2021 Engineer of the Year for the Piedmont Chapter of the South Carolina Society of Professional Engineers.
