SC Biz News has launched a new recognition event celebrating South Carolina’s commercial real estate successes.
Top Projects will recognize standout commercial real estate projects from 2024, as well as the companies and personalities behind them.

Honorees will be recognized at a Top Projects awards ceremony, in a special section in the GSA Business Report, the Columbia Regional Business Report and the Charleston Regional Business Journal, and online.
Categories include overall project, developer, contractor, architect and engineer.
