Project description: Drawing inspiration from agricultural buildings that once populated the area, the ambulatory surgery center’s construction is slab-on-grade, load-bearing metal stud walls clad with cementitious siding, sand-washed masonry and corten steel wall paneling topped with a galvalume metal roof. The interior has reclaimed barn wood; quartz countertops; and durable, medical-grade finishes like stainless steel, vinyl wall protection and sheet welded vinyl flooring.
