Project description: This 2-part project at Liberty Center is an interior renovation of the 2nd floor offices and the 4th floor restrooms. The 2nd floor scope of work includes flooring, painting, and drywall trades to refresh existing office space. The 4th floor restrooms scope of work includes complete demolition and replacement of existing plumbing fixtures as well as lighting, flooring, painting, drywall, HVAC diffusers and grills, etc. for a complete restroom renovation.
