Project description: South Carolina native, construction equipment supplier, Blanchard Machinery expands their 33,000 SF Summerville facility by adding approximately 5,500 SF of warehouse space and 5,200 SF of office space. Along with expanding Blanchard’s facility, the existing office and warehouse space will undergo interior renovations as well as sitework to support the building expansion and renovation.
