Project description: Work continues on the new five-story, mixed-use office building on Upper King. The finished building will feature two ground floor retail spaces, three floors of 17,000 Class A office space, and a top level 5th floor with 13,000 SF of Class A office space. Situated between the Hwy 17 overpasses, the building is designed to be viewed from all four sides. The steel framing has been completed and the building is expected to be finished by June 2021.
