A Charleston construction firm has begun work on a roofing company’s expansion to Beaufort County.

Hill Construction is developing CMS Roofing’s third office location in Port Royal set for completion this summer, according to a news release. The new facility will expand CMS Roofing’s reach, allowing the company to better serve residential and commercial clients in the Lowcountry with high-quality roofing solutions, the release stated.

As a leader in construction and commercial development, Hill Construction plans to deliver a state-of-the-art facility that will feature both office space and a warehouse, designed to meet the growing needs of the CMS Roofing team, the release stated.

“We are excited to partner with CMS Roofing on this project and bring their vision for a new office location to life,” said Ray Hill, president of Hill Construction, in the release. “This expansion will not only strengthen their presence in the region but also contribute to the local economy by creating new job opportunities and improved service accessibility.”
