Charleston, SC – Hussey Gay Bell announces Mr. Justin Robinette, PE, as a Principal and Officer for the firm. Mr. Robinette joined Hussey Gay Bell in 2015 as a Senior Civil Engineer and in 2020, was promoted to Civil Division Manager for the firm’s Charleston operations responsible for overall land development and civil engineering for industrial, commercial, residential and local government projects throughout the Lowcountry and notably in the Tri-County area. Career projects of note include the Bishop Gadsden Campus, Camp Road Middle School, and a host of communities and multi-family developments including Grand Oaks Plantation, Hamlin Oaks, Timothy Lakes and Kings Flats.
As Principal and Officer of the firm, Mr. Robinette will continue with select current duties with new duties extending to include executive strategy development and execution and overall client management.

A native of Moncks Corner, Mr. Robinette is a graduate of The Citadel and holds three degrees – a Master of Science in Civil Engineering, a Master of Science in Project Management in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in South Carolina, as well as a graduate of Leadership Charleston and active member of ULI South Carolina.
