Charleston, SC – Hussey Gay Bell is pleased to announce that Mr. Warner L. Mahn, PE has achieved Professional Engineer licensure status. He joined the Charleston office in 2018. As a Water/Wastewater Design Engineer, Mr. Mahn’s responsibilities include project coordination, water/wastewater facilities design, regulatory permitting, preparing engineering calculations, producing plans and specifications, project cost estimating, assisting with resolution of construction issues and conducting site observations. He holds a Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering degree from Clemson University.
