THS Constructors, Inc., one of the Southeast’s leading design-build, construction management, and general contracting companies, has been selected by Agracel, Inc to construct their new 50,000 SF industrial speculative building in Allendale County. The building will have the capability to be expanded up to 150,000 SF.

Design partners for the project include LS3P Architects, Alliance Consulting Engineers, PEA of SC and Hensley & Goerling. The facility is currently under construction and scheduled to be completed by first quarter of 2023.
